WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING REFUND REQUESTS

Effective September 16, 2020, we will no longer accept refund requests for our postponed 2020 Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival.  If you are holding tickets to our 2020 Festival and did not request a refund during the request period (8/10/20 - 9/15/20), your tickets will automatically be transferred to the same show in our 2021 Festival (as shown below).

In Summary

If you requested to receive a refund during the time allowed, please be patient.  If you purchased your tickets within the past 120 days, we will refund your credit card.  Tickets purchased longer than 30 days ago will require us to issue your refund via a check.  It may take up to 30 days for you to receive your check, so again, please be patient.  Remember, refunds will not include service fees.  If you make this choice, your tickets will be released and made available for next year’s show.

For those of you transferring your tickets to our 2021 Festival, you EXISTING 2020 tickets are valid.  You WILL NOT receive a new ticket(s) so please put your 2020 tickets in a safe place as they will be your tickets for 2021.

No matter your choice, thank you for supporting our Festival, it’s musicians and our sponsors. RBJF’s main purpose is “Music for the Cure!”.  We primarily support Beebe Hospital’s Tunnel Cancer Center here in Sussex County, DE through our festival’s profits.  We were blessed this year when Beebe informed us that they were naming a room after our festival in their new Cancer Center located in southern Sussex County.  And it was because of you, our patrons, that we have been able to support the Tunnel Cancer Centers.
